After the game, Ilya had brushed his fingers along Shane's spine as he ribbed Luca on his poor skills, and Shane's skin burned.

Harris opens his mouth to explain—a bit annoyed at the idea of having to walk Ilya through the joke—when Shane steps in from the ice, breathless and a bit sweaty, clearly not paying attention as he fiddles with his gear.

The big eyes that focused on Ilya were nothing short of beautiful. Pools of brown swirled around his pupils, which Ilya wanted to dive head first into.
