It had been announced two weeks ago – in preparation for a hockey-romcom the lead actors asked to join training to get some practice and experience on the ice. Everybody had been incredibly tight-lipped about it all, about which actors would show up at the rink. It still wasn’t a surprise and had been expected by them all that Rose Landry would be one of them. After all, why the fuck else would they fly out to Ottawa of all places? It would have made sense if this was a queer movie, then yeah, there’s no place like Ottawa. At least in the hockey world.
