@hatrickzzz Hoping he finally goes to a place that appreciates him!@love2puck he’ll be lucky if anyone wants to touch him after all this mess. what a distraction.
@hockeywhore @love2puck the only distraction is how terribly he’s been treated by his team and the league. Wouldn’t blame him one bit if he walked away from the game altogether.
@zambonisrevenge There’s no way he’s going to Ottawa…right?
@blackandred As much as I want him here, there’s no fucking way.
@ilyarozanoff Whatever team he winds up at, I’m sure the announcement video will be EPIC.

“Hollander, you’re thinking too loud. Is keeping me awake.”
Shane and Ilya have sorted out most of their misunderstandings, but that doesn't stop Shane spiralling just a little.

Ilya returns to Boston after the cottage and finds Svetlana waiting in his kitchen. With wine and vodka and ready to look him straight in the eye and ask, “So it went well then, with your Shane?”
Ilya caves and tells her everything. Because clearly she already knows. She always knows.
----
“I want him to meet you,” Ilya says.
She beams at him then, nodding, but he winces, adds, “Although maybe I didn’t do a very good job of... he’s jealous of you, I think. My fault. He might not want to meet you. He might... Ah, blyat.”
Sveta is giving him another look. Another ‘you are very stupid but I love you’ look. He waits her out.
Sveta sighs. “So you are telling me that you were here in Boston, burning down everything around you because he was dating Rose Landry. And that boy was sitting at home jealous of me.”

After a great win against Toronto, Shane is walking out of the locker room with Ilya, Wyatt, Troy, and Luca, it’s Luca that mentions that 420 is on Monday and since they have three days off as of tomorrow, he asks if they’d like to come to his place and smoke some weed with him and some of the other— younger— players. “No, but thank you,” Shane says first before Ilya is looking at him with puppy dog eyes. “Ilya, no.” “Shane, yes,” Ilya smiles. “It will be great bonding moment, yes?” OR Shane smokes weed for the first time and has no issues with loving up on his husband in front of their friends.

Hayden’s phone is partially covering his face, but his smile is still just barely visible as he reaches into his pocket and pulls out a small bag that immediately makes Shane want to check the time on his phone, just in case. He’s going to get hell for this when Ilya gets home. Or; Shane gets very high; Ilya is very entertained by it.

“Why?” Shane’s eyes find his. The horror is still there, but ‘gag gift’ was the right thing to say. JJ said he should maybe phrase it as hazing, but hazing is stupid, and the guy who he wants to be his best friend in the world started having a panic attack the moment he saw the fleshy, veiny fake dick in his locker. ~~ Or: Hayden gets Shane his first dildo. Ilya is appropriately thankful.
