February 14th - 6pm. Montreal vs Boston. It wasn't often that Shane and Ilya got to spend a whole night together during regular season. So when their game falls on Valentines day, with a few days off after, it is no suprise that they plan in using that time to their advantage. The Metros were flying the WAGs to Boston for WAGs night since it was Valentines Day. They also gave the guys a chance to sleep in with a late afternoon flight home. Seeing as Jackie was coming with the WAGs, Shane knew he'd have no problem sneaking out to spend his night with Ilya. After all why wouldn't Hayden want the hotel room for him and his wife. While Shane may not be expecting anything, Ilya has big plans for their first Valentines Day together as boyfriends. Ilya usually isn't the big romantic gesture one in the relationship, but something about this just felt right. He got up extra early on February 14th just to make sure everything was perfect for their night together. He loved being in a relationship with Ilya and being in an environment with supportive teammates. But he was still getting to grips with being a one half of a public couple. Ilya knows this and seems to enjoy stressing Shane out with public displays of affection. Shane was still trying to figure out who taught Ilya what baptism of fire means. After doing the rounds Shane checks the time. 9.40pm. He says his goodbyes and excuses himself, heading back to his hotel room. Shane has had this idea to suprise Ilya for a few weeks now but has had to mentally prepare for the embarrassment and the inevitable teasing from Ilya. He knew deep down it would be worth it. By the time he got himself ready, it was past 10pm. This wasn’t surprising to Shane, Ilya likes to keep him waiting. Eventually he hears a knock at the door. He opens it to find Ilya holding both sides of the door frame. Ilya doesn’t hesitate as he starts to walk forward crowding Shane and forcing him to step back. The door slams shut behind them. ‘What have you got planned for us tonight Hollander?’ Ilya asks bluntly. He was so close Shane could feel the heat of him through both their suits. Before he could answer, Ilya’s eyes land on the bedside table. Shane blushes furiously. ‘You never told me you like Alien dick Hollander.’ Ilya smirks. ‘I don’t!’ Shane huffed. ‘Purple is just the most common colour for sex toys.’ ’How do you know that? Ilya is quiet for a moment. ‘Take off your clothes and get on the bed Hollander.’ Shane has his tie off before Ilya has finished speaking. He likes being told what to do. Something in his brain quiets when he has an instruction or a task to focus on. It’s part of why he loves hockey. He knows exactly what is expected of him. Once Shane has got his clothes (except his socks which he keeps on) neatly piled on a chair, he turns and pushes back until he is leaning on the pillows in the middle of the bed. Shane remembers years ago when Ilya got him to masturbate in front of him in a similar position in a different hotel room as Ilya sat in a chair sipping vodka.
