    The room went quiet for exactly three seconds before it erupted. "Holy shit, Rozanov has a date!" "Who is she?" "How long has this been going on?" "Is she hot?" Ilya let them speculate, keeping his expression carefully neutral as he finished changing. This was the game he'd gotten good at over the past year: deflecting without lying, misdirecting without being obvious about it. His teammates were good guys, but they didn't need to know. Couldn't know. Nobody could know that Ilya Rozanov's Valentine's Day plans involved Shane Hollander. Or, Hollanov are still a secret, Shane is making an exception on his diet, and Ilya has something to celebrate.

    February 14th - 6pm. Montreal vs Boston. It wasn't often that Shane and Ilya got to spend a whole night together during regular season. So when their game falls on Valentines day, with a few days off after, it is no suprise that they plan in using that time to their advantage. The Metros were flying the WAGs to Boston for WAGs night since it was Valentines Day. They also gave the guys a chance to sleep in with a late afternoon flight home. Seeing as Jackie was coming with the WAGs, Shane knew he'd have no problem sneaking out to spend his night with Ilya. After all why wouldn't Hayden want the hotel room for him and his wife. While Shane may not be expecting anything, Ilya has big plans for their first Valentines Day together as boyfriends. Ilya usually isn't the big romantic gesture one in the relationship, but something about this just felt right. He got up extra early on February 14th just to make sure everything was perfect for their night together. TLDR; Shane and Ilya's first Valentines together since becoming official or Ilya has plans for a romantic and erotic Valentines day at his place.
