Summary:

In 2014, just before the Olympic Break, an old sex tape from Ilya’s youth is leaked. Desperate for political cover, he marries Svetlana and says goodbye to his situationship with Shane Hollander.

In 2019, pregnant and utterly done with the dating scene after a long string of loser boyfriends, Rose Landry asks Shane if he wants to be a father. Sick and tired of being alone, he agrees.

In 2030, still in search of that elusive Stanley Cup despite an otherwise perfect Hall of Fame career, Ilya asks to be traded to a contender. He never thought he might end up playing on the same team as his old lover… Or that feelings he thought long buried might resurface.
