It's A Nice Day For A ... Fake Wedding? by fishcollective
Heated Rivalry (TV), Game Changers Series - Rachel Reid
2026-01-06
Ilya Rozanov is getting married! But it's to be able to stay in the country if something happens (or so he says). He invited his teammates on the Centaurs to the wedding. “So, I am getting… how you say? Marriage of convenience,” “Alright… so who’s the poor lady stuck with you then?” “Shane Hollander.” Evan Dykstra's POV (yes I chose a random teammate)

It’s the fall of 2018. Shane has come out to his team, and the night before a game in Boston Hayden comes to Shane’s hotel room for a movie night. But he’s been thinking, and the math is mathing a bit too well. “No, my theory here is… your Lily, who you are still totally dating, is Ilya Rozanov.” Mainly Hayden’s POV, but some of Shane’s at the end. This is part of the same series as my two other short Hayden POVs (about Shane coming back in Ilya’s clothes, as well as the blowjob phone call), and refers back to them a little. But this can absolutely be read on its own too.
