Summary:

Kip Grady is on a voyage of discovery, backpacking and hitchhiking his way across the United States. He’s read all the literature, of course, on the dangers of hitchhiking, but this is not something that he’s very concerned about. After all, Kip always makes sure that he’s packed everything he could conceivably need in his backpack. But when he’s picked up by handsome Scott Hunter, it turns out that he is not the only one with skeletons (literal and metaphorical) in the trunk of his vehicle.
