There's no good way to be stuck in an elevator. Not when you're stuck in an elevator with someone who treats being annoying as an art form he wants to perfect, and definitely not when that person is your son's rival who you've hated for years.
But, when Yuna finds herself stuck in an elevator with Ilya Rozanov, she realises there's more to the story than she'd seen.

When Ilya and Shane decide they want a plan to let them soften the rivalry and (maybe, eventually) come out without it being an NHL emergency, they ask Yuna for help. Yuna's got a 6 stage plan and it is absolutely, definitely going to work.

Shane and Ilya sign with Ottawa on July 1st 2018. It goes startlingly well (apart from all the bits that don't).
