Hayden knows he's not the smartest guy in the world. He's got a decent hockey IQ — good enough to make him the Metros second round draft pick the year before Shane — but he doesn't read for fun like some people. He's street smart, and if this Tracie chick can be a movie star and get cat-fished that means it can happen to any celebrity.
Maybe even a celebrity that lets his momager handle the bulk of his social media.
Maybe especially his sweet, sheltered friend who has a secret girlfriend he's never let anyone see. Or told how they met. Or even video-called — fuck regular called — in the hotel room he shared with his best friend and teammate.
