“Okey,” Ilya starts as he kneels on the edge of the bed, holding the chain-and-ring over Shane’s belly. “So I hold like this. We see which way it swing, if it goes in, eh, a circle? If goes back and forth means girl!” He wobbles again and Shane makes a face at how wildly the ring swings over his belly. “Are you too drunk to do this?” He’s worried about his husband being able to hold the necklace steady and not collapse on top of him in the process. “Nyet, am fine.” Ilya waves Shane off with his free hand before pressing it into the mattress to balance on. “Okey, okey, now we focus.” That makes Shane laugh, his belly bouncing with the action before he’s being shushed by his husband. “Stoppit, ring won’t know if you are moving.”
