Marly looks good. Really fucking good, with his shirt open and his hair tousled. It looks like he hasn't shaved in three days. It reminds Ilya of the picture, the sculpted hairy chest and the hint of one dark nipple, the detail cruelly obscured. He's overly aware of how Marly fills out this shirt now, unfastened in a deep vee, the button straining. This never felt like a problem before, how good he looks. How… touchable.

Ilya orders them both a beer. Like usual. Like the last time he had seen this man, they hadn't both been balls-deep in Ilya's life partner.
