Summary:

It's Ilya's first morning at Ottawa General as a nurse on the Internal Medicine Unit — a unit that's big, hectic, and has a wide variety of patients and illnesses alike. It’s a good thing, then, they have the ICU to fall back on; when a patient crashes, they’re called in to help stabilize the patient and determine the best course of care.

Fortunately, Ilya can hold his own in a critical situation.

Unfortunately, he’s slightly obsessed with one of the most competent nurses he’s ever seen — Shane Hollander.

Or; the story of Hollanov, as told through a number of shifts.
