Ilya says, “Hi TikTok. This is Harris Drover.” Harris waves to the camera. “Hi everyone.” “He is Director of Communications for Ottawa Centaurs,” says Ilya. Harris begins, “as many of you know, four of our players will be competing in the olympic games this year. Ilya, Shane, and Troy will be playing for Team Canada. Luca Hass will be playing for team Switzerland.” “Harris is teaching me how to use TikTok. Says I should make videos of us in Milan. I will see you there,” Ilya says. Chapter 2: Room Tour

IlyaRozanov81 posted to TikTok Caption: Meet my roommate Song playing low in the background: House Tour The video shows Ilya’s face. He says “Hi. I am here in Italy at Olympics. Harris told me to give a tour of my room.” He flips the camera and it shows a door with Ilya Rozanov and Shane Hollander name tags on it. He zooms into the do not disturb sign hanging from the handle. As Ilya enters he narrates, “the closets are tiny.” He opens a closet and shows all the team Canada clothes hanging neatly or folded. “This is Shane’s closet.” He then opens the next closet which has identical items, some hanging, some draped over the bar. Some clothing shoved on the top shelf and some in piles at the bottom. Ilya shows the thermostat and complains “Shane wants me to sweat. I think is because he wants me to take my shirt off.” You could hear Shane yelling “My feet are cold.” Ilya enters the bathroom and shows all the items on the sink. “Here is toilet, shower, Shane has crazy skincare routine” he chirps as he shows items on and under the sink. “Has …how you say? Bidet. Is nice.” he says as he winks into mirror hanging above the sink. He leaves the bathroom and shows the rest of the room. Shane is sitting above the covers on the bed, which they clearly made by pushing the two twin beds together. “This is my roommate, Shane,” says Ilya. Shane looks up from his phone and shakes his head as he blushes, “you’re such an asshole.” Ilya says, “Harris asked if beds were made of cardboard.” Ilya gets close to the bed frame and knocks, showing how sturdy it is. “Is not cardboard, very strong. Hard to break.” “Ilya,” Shane says in a tone both reprimanding and chirpy. Ilya laughs as he opens up their fridge full of gingerales, cokes, water bottles, and fruit. “Here are our snacks. Harris says I have to find a chocolate muffin at the food court tomorrow. Until then, bye TikTok. Say bye Shane” Shane waves as he says “bye.” Video ends 676k likes 79k comments Comments: They’re creating future olympians in that bed - 184K likes Was that lube I saw in the bathroom????? ☠ - 72k likes And they were roommates - 129k likes Type A marrying a Type B personality will never not be funny to me - 14k likes

“Ciao,” Ilya greets from the Milan Olympic village dinning hall. “I’m here with Troy Barrett, forward for team Canada. Luca Haas, Swiss superstar. And Shane Hollander, second best hockey player of all time. Everyone say hi.” Seated around the table are Shane, Troy Barrett, and Luca Haas. “Hi.” “Hey.” “Hello,” Luca says in his Swiss-German accent. “We are going to do food review. This is my plate,” says Ilya showing his chicken parmesan, pasta, and broccoli. He mumbles while chewing, "it's good. I rate it 8/10, David’s chicken parm is better.” “That’s my dad,” Shane elaborates. “Tell them what boring food you're eating Shane,” Ilya says as he shows a bowl of what looks like rabbit food. “It’s a salad. I also got brown rice and the cod. I’m on a macrobiotic diet. The cod is a 9/10. It’s not fishy at all. No complaints,” Shane explains. “See, boring. What about you Barrett?” Ilya says as he zooms in on Troy’s plate. “I got the lasagna, some pork, mashed potatoes and peas,” Troy says before taking a big bite of the lasagna. “I like it. 8.5/10.” Luca explains, “I already ate dinner with my teammates earlier but I wanted to try a slice of pizza. When in Rome? Is that the saying?” Shane is heard saying “yeah” in the background. “It is good, 7.5 out of 10,” Luca finishes. The video cuts to desserts on the table. Ilya complains, “there are no chocolate muffins here. This is the desert I found. Tiramisu is good, not great. 7.5/10.”

Ilya films his spoon cutting into a chocolate lava cake and chocolate flows out of the middle. The camera flips to Ilya’s expression as he swallows it. “Wow, 9.5/10. You have to try it moy shokoladnyy maffin.” “Fine,” Shane blushes as he takes a bite. “Oh, that's good. 10/10.” “I knew you’d like it,” Ilya gloats. “We’re going to explore the village tomorrow after practice. Chapter 4: Let’s Make a Deal

IlyaRozanov81 posted to TikTok Caption: Comment where you think Shane should get the tattoo “Me and Shane have a little time to walk around the athletes village,” Ilya begins with the camera pointed at his face. He is wearing a brown beanie with a red maple leaf logo, some of his curly hair sticking out in the front. “Hi,” Shane says as the camera flips to record him walking alongside Ilya. “You could see the flags for each athlete staying in this part of the village,” Shane gestures up and the camera shows dozens of flags hanging from the buildings. “There’s a cool Canadian statue up ahead.” A life-size sculpture of a moose is painted red with a white maple leaf to resemble the Canadian flag. “We saw a moose at our cottage that was even bigger,” Ilya explains as he hands the camera to Shane. “Get video of me next to it for size comparison.” Shane records Ilya as he poses next to the moose. The camera view tilts as Ilya tries to jump onto its back. “Ilya, don’t!” Shane exclaims. “What, riding moose is a very Canadian thing to do,” Ilya chuckles. Shane zooms into a sign as he reads “it says ‘Do not climb on the moose.’” “I like to uh, you know. Get into the spirit,” Ilya teases. They are both laughing as the video cuts to them walking up to the Olympic rings. The Olympic ring statue, containing a different vibrant-color painted onto each interconnected ring, stands tall in the village. Shane and Ilya come into view as the camera flips. Their faces fill the screen, big smiles on both their faces, as the rings fill up the backdrop. “Gimme kiss,” Ilya puckers. Shane answers with a sweet peck on his husband's lips. “If we win gold, could we get matching olympic ring tattoos,” Ilya asks. “Maybe,” Shane laughs. “Let's make a deal. If I score more goals, I get to pick where we get them,” says Ilya. “What if I score more goals?” Shane says. “Then you choose,” Ilya winks. “We’ll see,” Shane says as the video cuts. The Cero Stress Plant Shop is in frame, a cart filled with small potted plants. “We found plants Shane needs. He is always so stressed,” Ilya explains. “It says you can take plants for your room to help with stress.” “I do like plants,” Shane says as he picks up one of the pots. “It says to give it a name.” “I will name mine Hayden Pike,” Ilya explains while picking up a pot. “Why,” Shane asks. “It’s the only way Pike will make it into the Olympic village,” Ilya chirps. “Ilya,” Shane complains. “Ahh, you are so boring. It’s a joke,” laughs Ilya. “What will you name yours?”

“Jane,” Shane smiles. “Perfect,” Ilya beams. The video cuts to a game center, “can we go in?” Ilya begs. “We don’t have time. We’ll come back another day.” Shane explains. “We have to get ready for the opening ceremony tonight." “Fine,” Ilya agrees. “Bye for now.”

Chapter 5: Opening Ceremony

IlyaRozanov81 posted to TikTok Caption: Fit check #teamcanada #winterolympics #hockey #openingceremony #shanehollanderispretty Ilya props his phone against something and backs up so he is fully in the frame. He is standing in front of his bed in the Olympic Village. The plants on the windowsill are a new addition to the room. “Hello everyone, this is my outfit for the Opening Ceremony.” He is dressed in brown pants, and a long brown raincoat with red accents. “Shane, come. Show us what you’re wearing.” Shane walks and stands next to Ilya in an identical outfit, plus a red hat with a brown maple leaf. The hat looks like a baseball cap, but has extra fabric flipped up around the rim. He is holding a brown and red garment as he explains, “We can’t figure out how to wear this thing.” Ilya hangs his around his neck like a giant scarf, the two sides converging in front of his chest to form a Canadian maple leaf design. “What is it?” he asks Shane. “I think it’s a shawl,” says Shane. “It looks like a sleeping bag,” Ilya jokes. “It’s like a blanket jacket with leaf. I like it.” “There are zippers, I think our arms are supposed to go through here,” Shane says as he tries to put his arms through the openings. “Are these arm holes?” Shane questions as his muscular arms struggle to fit through. “It has pockets,” Ilya yells in excitement as he is feeling around the quilted fabric. “Wait, there is only one.” “I wish my stylist was here to help us right now,” Shane laughed. “You always look extra pretty when your stylist dresses you,” Ilya teases. “We should match more often.” “I’m not sure if I like it,” says Shane. “What? It’s fashionable. I love it,” says Ilya. He grabs a pair of mittens from the bed behind him and gives the camera a full 360 degree spin. “We look like Canada Goose models.” Shane laughs. “Everyone, tell Shane he looks pretty. We will see you at Opening Ceremony,” Ilya says as he walks up to his phone and cuts the video. The next clip is in a white enclosure that looks like a big tent, all of team Canada in their matching outfits scattered around. Troy Barrett stands next to Shane. “Shane said he does not love me,” Ilya whines to Troy. “I doubt that,” Troy laughs. “I said I wouldn't get on your shoulders when we walk out,” Shane shakes his head. “Is same thing,” Ilya playfully teases from behind the camera. A woman with a clipboard approaches, “Hi, you’re Troy Barrett right?” “Yes, that’s me,” says Troy. “The athlete that was supposed to be the flag bearer for Team Canada is unfortunately sick with norovirus. Would you be interested in doing it?” she asks. “Umm, I’m not sure. That seems like an important job,” Troy says anxiously. “You have to do it,” Ilya commands. “I did it during the 2018 games. It’s such an honor. You should do it Troy,” Shane smiles. “Umm, okay. I guess I’ll do it,” Troy agrees. “Great, I’ll come find you soon and bring the flag,” she says before walking off. “Norovirus is the worst. I hope that athlete will be okay to compete,” Shane frowns. “We had it a few years ago at the same time and I puked all over Ilya.” Ilya laughs, “it’s okay I forgive you, moya lyubov'.” “I have to call Harris,” Troy explains as his nerves seem to set in. The video cuts to the entire Canadian Men’s Hockey team posing for a group photo. Ilya, wearing his hat backwards, is standing between Shane and Troy. Big smiles are plastered on everyone’s face. Several of the men have missing front teeth. “Go Canada on three,” Shane leads the chant. “One, two, three. Go Canada.” The video cuts to Ilya cheering as he enters the Opening Ceremony with Team Canada. The stadium is loud with cheers. Bright lights are flashing from the stands. The camera pans to Shane who smiles as he waves a small flag. Troy is leading the pack waving the large Canadian flag. A girl next to Ilya is on someone's shoulders. “That could have been us,” Ilya says to Shane, causing him to blush. The gold Olympic rings are hanging in the center of the stadium. Ilya winks into the camera. Video ends

Chapter 6: Rec Center

IlyaRozanov81 posted to TikTok Caption: #OlympicVillage “We finally have time to check out the coke rec center,” Ilya explains as he enters the door with a red Coca-Cola sign posted high above. The place is filled with games and activities, from foosball to a photobooth. The camera pans to Shane, Troy, and Luca walking up to an air hockey table. “Shane, let’s play. Winner gets 100 dollars.” “We share a bank account,” Shane laughs. The video cuts to Shane and Ilya focusing on winning the air hockey match. The chaos of the puck shooting back and forth, bouncing off the walls, are the only sounds. Luca records the match, and Troy begins to cheer for Shane as the game intensifies. “Is that the best you've got?” Ilya chirps after scoring a point. Shane shakes his head, “that was a lucky shot.” He gets the disk out and shoots it against the side wall. It immediately bounces behind Ilya’s paddle and enters for a goal. “That was skill,” Shane celebrates. The video cuts to Shane shaking Ilya’s hand. “Good game, Rozanov,” Shane offers. “Congratulations, Hollander,” Ilya sulks. The video cuts to a darker game room with neon LED lights, filled with dozens of computer consoles equipped with a variety of video games. Troy and Luca sit at computer screens to play the new NHL 26 game, the famous “EA Sports: It’s in the game,’ slogan playing. “Shane, record me racing for Red Bull,” Ilya requests as he sits by a computer with a steering wheel gaming attachment. Ilya sets the new high score for the track and enters the name Rozy. “We should ask Yuna to reach out to Red Bull. Maybe we could go to a F1 race. I want to meet Max Verstappen,” Ilya dreams. “We’ll ask her when she gets to Milan in a few days,” Shane agrees. The video cuts to Ilya recording Shane as he walks up to a customizable CocaCola machine. “Look, you can make your own coke can,” Shane smiles back at Ilya. “You can add your name and a picture.” “I have an idea,” Ilya smirks. The video cuts to a picture they took kissing each other for the soda can on the machine’s screen. “We get to name it,” Shane explains. “Let’s combine our names,” Ilya suggests. “Shilya?” “No way, Hollanov sounds way better,” Shane says. “Fine,” Ilya concedes. They enter the information and a soda can emerges from the machine. The picture, name, and Olympic rings are plastered on the can. Ilya cracks it open and takes a sip. “You taste delicious,” Ilya winks. “Do you want one?” “No thanks, there was a mini fridge with smoothies I wanted to check out,” Shane explains as he walks over to the minifridge. He reaches in, pushing aside a blueberry-banana smoothie to grab a green smoothie. The video cuts to show a wall of handwritten inspirational messages written by village residents. Ilya writes a message and posts it onto the wall. It reads, This is scary, but you are brave.

It says the Assago Milanofiori Forum is the subway station that goes to the stadium. I do have an impressive Italian Duolingo streak going right now,” Shane brags. After exiting the train, Ilya takes an escalator while Shane and Troy walk up the parallel staircase. “I don’t like stairs. They're always up to something,” Ilya quips. Shane and Troy boo his dad joke. They enter the gift shop at the Olympic event. “I want to buy a stuffed animal to throw onto the ice for the Canadian skaters,” Troy says. The giftshop is full of Olympic merchandise. Clothes, bags, keychains, and more are available for purchase. A hockey jersey with Hollander’s name comes into view. “Think they have this in your size?” Shane asks. “I don’t need that. I already have one at home,” Ilya winks. The video cuts to the team is sitting in the stands, watching the couple from Germany skating around the rink. The pair skate in unison to the music. They perform impressive jumps simultaneously as the crowd cheers. The female skater is thrown into the air as she spins several times before landing gracefully. “Can we try that?” Ilya asks Shane. “No,” Shane smirks. “Ugh, you are so boring,” Ilya teases. The video cuts to another couple skating. The male lifts and throws their partner, but she falls onto the ice. Ilya’s video catches the gasps of some of his teammates. “That would be us,” Shane winces. “I would not let you fall moy kanalizatsionnyy shar,” Ilya says. “My Sewerball?” Shane laughs. “Your Russian is getting so good. I thought I'd stump you with that one,” Ilya smiles. The video cuts to the Canadian pair skating, nailing a side-by-side triple axle. The boys in the stands are going crazy, cheering and clapping. After they finish, stuffed animals are thrown onto the ice in celebration. “Throw your stuffed giraffe,” Ilya says as he records Troy. “We're sitting kind of far, I don’t know if I'd make it,” Troy admits. The entire Canadian Hockey team cheers for Troy to make the shot. Troy throws the giraffe and misses the ice. Laughs and chirps ensue. A kind lady picks it up and tosses it over the plexiglass and onto the ice, causing the team to cheer. The video cuts to the medal ceremony. IlyaRozanov81 posted to TikTok Caption: Let’s go Canada #OlympicVillage #PinTrading The dining hall at the olympic village is packed during the dinner rush. Ilya records, focusing on the pasta selections. “They have Olympic ring pasta today, so I have to try it.” The chef fills up a bowl for him. Ilya sprinkles extra parmesan on top. Carrying his tray as he walks through the food court, he stops at the breakfast station that is mostly cleared out this late in the day. A giant Nutella jug sits on the counter. “This is the best part about breakfast here. Although Shane did come with me to the McDonalds in the area so I could have a McGriddle on Valentine's day. He’s so romantic.” Ilya sits at a table with Shane, Troy, and a few other Canadian hockey players. He tastes his pasta, “it’s good. Al dente. Reminds me of the penis shaped pasta we had at Harris’s bachelor party. Shane, remember the penis pasta?” “Yeah,” Shane laughs. “I’d say it’s around nine. Nine out of ten, that is my rating,” Ilya smirks. The video cuts to Ilya leaning his phone against something to record himself. A man wearing team USA apparel is sitting next to him now. “Look who I found,” Ilya says. “Carter Vaughn is Captain of the New York Admirals now that Scott Hunter’s finally done. How’s the retirement home treating him?” Ilya chirps. “He’s doing great. Don’t listen to this guy,” laughs Carter as he gestures to Ilya. “Are Scott and Kip coming to the Harry Styles concert?” Ilya asks. “I think so,” Carter says. “Harris worked on getting a shared suite at Madison Square Garden for any players that want to see concert. We have an early game against the Admirals one Saturday this fall, and he has a concert at MSG that night,” Ilya explains. “You gonna kiss and disco all night?” Carter jokes. “You know it,” Ilya winks. “We’re going to trade pins now. It is Olympic tradition to trade pins with different athletes in village.” Ilya shows his credentials lanyard filled with dozens of pins. He zooms in on a pair of pins, “I got these pins from Marie-Philip Poulin and Laura Stacey. They are married female hockey players from Canada. They are the best. They agreed to come to the summer hockey camps me and Shane run for the Irina Foundation.” “That’s awesome. I have to come one of these summers,” Carter says. “Eh, we already have average wing player who comes. Hayden Pike,” Ilya teases, causing Carter to laugh. “Let’s see if you have any good pins.” Ilya inspects Carter’s collection and his face lights up. “I need this one,” Ilya says as he shows the camera an Olympic ring pin, but the first and second rings form the numbers six and nine.” “I love the moose one, can I trade it for that?” Carter says pointing to a pin of a moose wearing red team Canada merchandise, Milano Cortina 2026 written on top. “Oh, I don’t know if I could get rid of my moose,” Ilya hesitates. “Here, take my moose,” Shane interjects. He removes the moose pin from his lanyard and hands it to Carter. Carter hands the 69 pin to Ilya. “But you don’t have moose now,” Ilya says. “It’s okay, we have yours,” Shane explains. “Thank you, moya lyubov,” Ilya smiles. “Troy, Carter has an apple pin if you want to trade for it.” “What kind of apple?” Troy asks. “I don’t know, a red one,” Ilya says. “Is it a Red Delicious?” Troy questions. “I think so, probably,” Ilya responds. Troy walks over to inspect it. It’s a red apple pin from the Salt Lake City 2002 Olympic games. “Oh, I need this. Harris would love it. You could pick any of mine,” Troy says cheerily. Troy and Carter trade their pins. “Bye boys. Good luck, you're gonna need it,” Carter teases as he leaves. “Break a leg,” Ilya laughs as he waves him off.

A vending machine filled with drinks deposits a water bottle. “You can just swipe your credentials and get free drinks,” Ilya explains as he gets a light blue sports drink. “We’re in the gym here at the village,” Ilya says as he walks over to Shane on a stationary bicycle. Ilya holds the water bottle out and shakes it, creating a sloshing sound. Shane grabs it, the tips of their fingers touching briefly, and takes a sip. Ilya hops on the bike next to Shane, both pedaling slowly for their post-workout cool down. Mirrors line the walls in front of them, with a television high above. Ilya points the camera at the Olympic coverage on the screen. Footage of the Canadian curling cheating scandal is being discussed. “I think I would be good at curling,” Ilya says. “It’s like that shuffleboard game we played at the Kingfisher, but on ice.” “Yeah right, you don’t know how to sweep,” Shane laughs. “Ah, whatever. I’m good at other things,” Ilya flaunts. They head outside and walk by a wooden yurt. “This is a yoga and meditation area. You should go in there Shane, you are always so stressed the day before a big game,” Ilya suggests. “Might be a good idea, I love yoga,” Shane says. “We need one of these at home. I should have one built at the cottage for all your silent meditation retreats,” Ilya jokes. Shane laughs, “now who’s Mr. Real Estate?” They continue walking through the village until they enter the building leading to their bedroom. Ilya walks up to the information desk. “Oh, they finally restocked. I’ve been waiting for them to deliver more,” Ilya says as he pans the camera to a bowl filled with condoms, grabbing a handful. “Put that back, you're not funny,” Shane insists. “What? Condom shortage is over, I can take some now,” Ilya says. “Look, there is Olympic logo on the packaging. I want to take some home, as… thing to remember?” “Souvenir?” Shane provides. “Yes, souvenir. So we always remember Milan,” Ilya says. “We’ll have gold medals to help us remember, we don’t need the condoms,” Shane adds. “Ah, you are right moya lyubov,” Ilya smiles as he puts the condoms back. The video cuts to them walking in a dimly lit hallway. The network of tunnels under the olympic village connects all the buildings. “We are trying to do laundry. I need to wash my lucky underwear before gold medal game, but we can’t find the laundry room,” Ilya says. “What if we get lost forever?” “You're a baby,” Shane says. “You think someone will murder us?” Ilya says, face frightened. “Maybe,” Shane jokes. “I need a cigarette,” Ilya mumbles. “Smoking is bad for you,” Shane claims. The video cuts to clothes spinning in a washing machine. Video ends

Chapter 11: Going for Gold

IlyaRozanov81 posted to TikTok Caption: The stadium is packed, the ice rink down below is marked with the olympic ring logo at center ice. “Ilya asked me to record some footage for his TikTok,” Luca Haas says from his seat in the stands. “The Gold medal game, against America, is starting soon. I’m sitting here with Shane's parents, Ilya's friend Svetlana, Harris, Troy's mom and his step-dad. Everyone say hi.” Greetings are thrown around as they all wave at the camera. “We’re so proud of our boys. Let’s go Canada,” Yuna Hollander says in her custom number 24 Hollander-Rozanov Canadian hockey jersey. David Hollander smiles in his Hollander-Rozanov number 81 jersey. Harris holds up the Canadian flag as he says, “let’s bring home the gold.” “American goalie is good, but we are better. We got this boys,” Svetlana says. The camera pans to the ice below as the game begins. The Canadian players are wearing a red jersey with a black maple leaf on it. Shane Hollander wins the first face-off and passes the puck to his teammate. The competition is fierce, every player giving it their all in the battle for gold. The video cuts to Ilya Rozanov, playing center on a different line than Shane, as he passes the puck to Troy Barret. Barret shoots, but it is blocked by the American goalie. The Canadian fans groan, as cheers come from the Americans. The score is currently 1-0, America holding onto their lead from Carter Vaughan’s earlier goal. The video cuts again to a high-stick hitting a Canadian player in the face, a double minor four minute penalty issued. Hollander and Rozanov are both on the ice for the power play. The Canadian players masterfully pass the puck to a young 19-year-old phenom who goes to shoot. He is hooked by the stick of an American player, adding another penalty to team USA. Now a five-on-three power play has the Canadian crowd cheering thunderously. Multiple shots on goal are blocked, until Rozanov shoots a beautiful backhand into the net. The video footage becomes shaky as the crowd erupts. The Canadian players on the ice all pile in for a group hug as they cheer, Hollander kissing Rozanov on the helmet. With the game now tied 1-1 in the third period, players from both teams are giving it their all on the ice. Some hard hits against the board from both teams elicit oohs from the crowd. The game is still tied as the timer counts down. The buzzer sounds, indicating the end of regulation. 20-minute 3-on-3 periods are played until a winner is decided. First goal wins it all in overtime. The video cuts to Hollander, Rozanov, and another Canadian player skating towards the net. Rozanov passes the puck to Hollander. Hollander fakes a backhand shot, causing the American goalie to lean left, before quickly firing a wrist shot. The move, known as “the Rozanov,” works beautifully as the puck enters the net. The horn sounds to announce the winning goal. The video becomes shaky as Luca Haas begins cheering, but still catches the moment Hollander and Rozanov make eye contact and lunge towards each other. They quickly throw their sticks, gloves, and helmets into the air. They embrace in a hug, Rozanov picking Hollander up slightly, as the rest of team Canada jumps the boards. Sticks, gloves, and helmets litter the ice as the team skates towards them. Within moments, the whole team is together, jumping and hugging in celebration against the boards. The camera captures all the Canadian fans in the stands jumping, screaming, cheering, and waving flags. The camera pans to the jumbotron screen above the ice. Rozanov is shaking Hollander’s shoulders in celebration. Hollander can be seen saying something, seemingly “we did it.” The couple leans in for a quick kiss before Barret jumps on them both for a group hug. More teammates hug and cheer as the celebration continues. The video cuts to some players, including Hollander, Rozanov, and Barret, skating around the rink with Canadian flags around their shoulders. The video cuts to the jumbotron screen as the Canadian team is lined up for the Gold medal ceremony. An official hangs a gold medal around Hollander’s neck before shaking his hand. Hollander quickly kisses his medal before turning to look at his husband. Rozanov is given his gold medal which he promptly kisses. He then kisses the chain hanging around his neck, and mutters something in Russian. Next, Barret receives his gold medal with a smile on his face. Another official hands a stuffed animal to Hollander. His facial expressions reveal his confusion before he politely smiles and shakes the official’s hand in thanks. Rozanov seems to love the new stuffed animal he’s handed, a smile showing his excitement. The video cuts to the Canadian flag being raised. The Olympians stand proudly as the Canadian anthem, O Canada, plays. After the anthem, the camera pans to Shane's mom crying and clapping. Everyone in the stands is cheering. The video cuts to Ilya and Shane after the ceremony. “We did it,” Ilya exclaims while holding up his medal to show the camera. They both kiss their gold medals for the world to see. Then Ilya grabs Shane’s chin and plants a kiss on his lips. Pure joy is radiating from Shane's expression as he smiles. “Number one,” Ilya says while holding up his pointer finger. Shane also holds up his pointer finger, “let’s go.” Video ends 23M likes 2.1M comments Comments: The husbands of hockey have not only won 2 Stanley Cups together, but now gold 🥇 - 1.4M likes Hollander is better at The Rozanov move than Rozanov is 🏒 - 432k likes These boys have shown what true sportsmanship is throughout these Olympic games. Chapter 12: Epilogue

IlyaRozanov81 posted to TikTok Caption: No place like home Three dogs are sitting in front of a fireplace, a gold medal hanging around each of their necks. “Stay,” Shane commands as one of the dogs starts moving towards the kitchen. Chiron and Anya sit nicely as Harris tries to snap a picture for the Ottawa Centaurs’ social media pages. “This is Mia, we got her this summer. She is still learning,” Ilya explains as the pup follows the smell of Bood’s barbeque. A party celebrating the team’s players who recently returned from the Olympics is underway at Shane and Ilya’s massive Ottawa home. “Come. Do you want a treat,” Shane proposes, trying to get the pup to come back. The medal swings around her neck as she returns. “The fans are going to love this,” Harris explains as he gets the shot. The video cuts to Ilya and Shane entering a spacious room with shelves lining the walls. The Ottawa River is visible from the window. Awards and memorabilia with sentimental value fill the room. A large framed photo of them kissing while Ilya passes the Cup to Shane hangs on the wall. A couch and two chairs surround the coffee table, topped with a hockey book and reading glasses. “This is our trophy room. If Shane is ever doubting himself, I like to bring him in here to remind him how good of a player he is,” Ilya says. “I never need reminder. I know I am the best.” Shane laughs as he walks towards the shelves. “This is our olympics section,” Shane explains as he puts the gold medals back in their spots. The pins they got from the Olympic games are on display next to their plants. “This Olympics felt so special to me. I’m so proud to be Canadian. I want to congratulate the women’s team for winning the Silver medal. The final between USA and Canada was wonderful to watch. Both teams played some great hockey.” “Yes, very special Olympics,” agrees Ilya. Hollander number-24 and Rozanov number-81 Ottawa Centaurs jerseys are framed and hanging on the wall. “We are going to add our Olympic jerseys here, we just haven’t gotten the chance yet,” Ilya explains. “Now that we share a trophy room, it’s getting kind of crowded. Might need to make more space. Add more shelves.” “This shelf is my favorite,” Shane explains. The camera zooms in on photos from the hockey summer camp. “Mine too, moy lyubovnik,” Ilya says. “This is from when we brought the Cup to the youth hockey camp. Great day.” “We started the Irina foundation in 2018. We’ve raised millions for mental health organizations already. The hockey clubs also promote inclusivity in the sport. We’re really proud of it,” Shane explains. “We named the foundation after my mother,” Ilya explains as he finds a picture of him as a child in his hockey gear with a woman hugging him. “This is her, she was wonderful.” He shows the camera another picture of a child in hockey gear, this time a young Shane Hollander is smiling with his parents. “Oh, I love this one too.” “Yeah, same,” Shane blushes as he agrees. “Show them the World Championship medals we got when we versed each other as teenagers,” Shane says. The camera pans to the shelf to show off the medals. A rookie of the year trophy, engraved with Hollander's name, sits on the shelf. “These are the pucks from our first goals in the league,” Ilya explains. The camera captures multiple small replica trophies given to the players to take home. A mix of Hollander and Rozanov awards litter the shelves. The prestigious awards include most valuable player for his team in the playoffs, most outstanding player, and leader in scoring points at the end of the regular season. Hollander’s name is engraved on the award for best sportsmanship and gentlemanly conduct combined with a high standard of playing ability. “I’m proud of this one,” Ilya explains as he zooms in on his award for the player who best exemplifies leadership on and off the ice. “This one’s great,” Shane says as he points to a picture of Ilya kissing Shane’s helmet during the 2017 All-Star game. “This was a fun day,” Ilya says as he shows multiple pictures of the Ottawa Centaurs players celebrating with the Cup. “This was cookies and cream,” Ilya explains as he shows a picture of himself eating ice cream out of the Cup. “Don’t worry, I made sure he cleaned it before and after,” Shane laughs. The camera pans over more career achievements until multiple championship rings come into view. “We get these rings when we win the Cup,” Ilya explains as he puts on all his championship rings, his wedding ring on his hand as well. “My husband may have more rings, but I got one first,” Ilya teases. “You’re such an asshole,” Shane laughs. “Ah, you love it,” says Ilya. “I will make sure you get a new ring this June.” Ilya pans the camera towards Shane as he says, “I almost forgot, when are we getting our matching tattoos? I scored more goals at Olympics. I get to choose where the Olympic rings go.” Shane blushes and whispers something inaudible in Russian, causing Ilya to laugh. “Okay, we have to get back to the party,” Shane says. “Okay, goodbye for now TikTok,” Ilya says. “I was going to delete the app after the Olympics, but I am liking it. It is better than instagram reels. It keeps showing me funny videos of dogs, and Shane Hollander best hockey moments. I did see one edit of me and Shane to the song Maneater, it was hot. Maybe I will keep using app.” The video cuts to Ilya returning to the trophy room alone, now dark outside. He goes over to the shelf and puts a handful of Olympic logo condoms between their gold medals. Ilya holds his finger in front of his mouth and shushes the camera while he winks.
